CANCELATION POLICY

· If you cancel 6 weeks (42 days) prior to the retreat you will get a full refund.
​
· If you cancel 1 month (30 - 41 days) prior to the retreat you will be allowed to transfer your money to be held to use toward a future retreat, minus a $25 transfer fee. You may also transfer your registration to another woman, that you have found to take your spot, and we will refund your money minus the $25 transfer fee. We will just need you to contact us to set up the transfer.

· If you cancel 15-29 days prior to the retreat, you will be able to transfer half of your registration toward a future retreat. You may also transfer your registration to another woman, that you have found to take your spot, and we will refund your money minus a $25 transfer fee. We will just need you to contact us to set up the transfer.

· If you cancel within two weeks (14 days) prior to the retreat you will forfeit your registration, minus any extra's you paid for such as a shirt, or special bed preference. You may also transfer your registration to another woman, that you have found to take your spot, and we will refund your money minus a $50 late transfer fee. We will just need you to contact us to set up the transfer.

· If we have to cancel for any reason, we will either give you a full refund or transfer your registration to a future retreat.
